THINK ABOUT BHUBANESHWAR
Many of the times, people
compare Odisha's capital city Bhubaneshwar with Chandigarh. But the
concerned officers/ peoples representatives responsible for development
of this city are very confined in all respects. No more comments on
these people. Thanks to REDA (Real Estate & Developers' Association)
for developing the city and making space for more high earning people
by ensuring concrete habitations. BDA(Bhubaneshwar Development
Authority) is a highly corrupt government organisation, only issue the
permissions. I expect Bhubaneshwar as a city of 30 lakhs population
within 2015. But the persons associated with BDA as officers, employees,
consultants etc. have neither any dream nor vision for a greater
Bhubaneshwar. Odisha government has also a bias that IITians have brains
and the professors have super brains. Have they really contributed
anything for development of Bhubaneshwar city?
You can discourse with me. I have given idea regarding greater Bhubaneswar under the title PANCHANAGAR VIKAS & BHUBANESHWAR in Odia since 2004, which has been shared with many print media, including Town Planning office, Bbsr. Bhubaneshwar, Katak, Choudwar, Jatani, Khordha & Pipili are the 5 nagars.
Do you know - Bhubaneswar does not have any declared INSTITUTIONAL AREA. Only Industrial Estates developed in Bhubaneshwar, which are originally occupied by most of the academic organisations and institutes. Is it not a shame for planning of Bhubaneshwar city?
Can you arrange additional 1000 masons/ master masons from Odisha to build structures promoted by real estate companies in Bhubaneshwar? Positively not. But you can provide 1000 unemployed B.Tech. engineers from BBSR only. This is imbalanced growth and generating a huge gap in relevant livelihood options. Factually the contractors from West Bengal (mainly from Medinipur, Murshidabad....) are building Modern Bhubaneshwar (Katak also). Is not a shame for Odisha? Because Odisha people are migrating to other states every month for bonded labourers........
