These urgent messages are history now. These are most commonly used syntax of TELEGRAM messages by Govt. Employees deployed far from their native block, native district or native state to be on leave immediately. The messages are fabricated by those employees many of the times during 1950 to 1999. But TELEGRAM SERVICE took its last breath on 14th July 2013 throughout India. 

We welcome this decision of our Government. After death of Telex and Pager - we also hope more such things in the field of Communication Technology.....Let us dream a cellphone centric e-Governance, which is named as m-Governance...
